Stir-fried American Wagyu beef with tomatoes, onion, cilantro in soy-oyster sauce, served on fried Peruvian yellow potatoes

Shaved ice, mint, ginger, and pisco mosto Verde

Kabocha squash dumpling, served over wakame seaweed, topped with pachicay sauce in the combo seaweed and vegetable broth.

Churrasco
Roasted cauliflower, glazed with aji panca and coconut milk sauce, served on creamy black rice.

Saltado
Stir-fried portobello mushroom, with tomatoes, onion, cilantro in soy-vinegar sauce, served on fried Peruvian yellow potatoes.
